Mojo Physical Therapy is an out-of-network physical therapy clinic. We offering flexible payment options such as HSA, FSA, and traditional methods such as cash, credit, or check. We provide invoices/super bills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your insurance details. This model allows you as the client to be in control of their care and to be treated as a person in healthcare in a space you are comfortable in. We don’t follow traditional 2x/week for 6 weeks in most cases….we schedule appointments based on your needs…not your insurance’s suggestion. We will provide you with exercises to work on independently, and follow ups based on your needs.
