Dry Needling
Dry needling is a specialized treatment used to treat muscle pain and movement impairments. A thin, monofilament needle is used to target a trigger point in a client’s muscle. We then provide electrical stimulation to the muscle to impact the entirety of the muscle and nervous system. This is an effect way to relieve muscle pain and tension resulting in immediate changes in mobility and tissue length.
During each session, our therapists work closely with clients to explain the process, addressing any concerns and providing a clear understanding of how dry needling fits into their overall treatment plan. Clients leave with increased knowledge of their muscular issues and greater confidence in their recovery. We encourage clients to ask questions throughout the process, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about their therapy and progress.
